The Pre-cast Panels Are Arriving Soon! On February 5th the pre-cast concrete panels will start rolling onto the Frogtown site and on the 6th WECCO construction will begin erecting Building C. Within a few days all of building C will be erected and the construction crews will begin building out the interiors of the building. Renovations of the historic existing building (building D) have begun, and the new lofts that will occupy the building are beginning to take shape.

GROUNDBREAKING NEWS!!! All building permits have been issued and work has officially commenced. Site work is underway and we are on schedule to start erecting the pre-cast concrete panels before the end of the year. Quite a buzz is stirring about Savannah's latest "green" building project. Frogtown Lofts are certain to be the Landmark District's hippest place to live.
